BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />TO AWARD THE CONTRACT FOR <br />THE 2020 ANNUAL PAINT STRIPE PROGRAM <br />AND AUTHORIZE THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE SAME <br />WHEREAS: The Department of Public Works solicited bids for the 2020 Annual Paint <br />Stripe Program in accordance with RCW 39.04.155 Small Works Roster <br />Contract Procedures; and <br />WHEREAS: Sealed bids were opened on May 11, 2020 at 8:00 a.m. in the Kittitas <br />County Permit Center, Department of Public Works, 411 N. Ruby Street, <br />Suite 1, Ellensburg, Washington; and <br />WHEREAS: Two (2) bids were received for the prescribed work.
