C.3.5TheContractorshallensurethatallpersonnelperformingonPublicLandscomplywiththeprovisionsoftheArchaeologicalResourcesProtectionAct(16U.S.C.470aa-470ll)andtheNativeAmericanGravesProtectionandRepatriationAct(25U.S.C.3001-3013),regardingskeletalremains.TheContractorshallalsoensurethatupondiscoveryofskeletalremainsthatareindicativeofanarchaeologicalsite,willnotifytheappropriateBLMRangerorFieldOfficeManagerpriortodisturbingthesite,tothemaximumextentpracticable.C.3.6ContractorpersonnelshallcomplywiththeminimumstandardsasrequiredbytheCriminalJusticeTrainingCenter(CJTC);andshallnotbeinviolationoftheprovisionsof18U.S.C.922,whichprohibitspersonsconvictedofamisdemeanordomesticviolencecrimefrompossessingfirearmsorammunition.C.4.0REPORTINGREQUIREMENTSC.4.1TheContractorshallfurnishtheWenatcheeFieldStaffLawEnforcementRangerquarterlyreportsofallnotedlawenforcementactivitiesrelatedto:(1)Datesthepatrolsaremadeandmilestraveled;(2)hoursworked;(3)arrestsmadeonpubliclands,misdemeanorsandfelonies,withcasenumbers;(4)incidentsreported,investigatedorrespondedto,withcasenumbers;and(5)assistancegiventoBLMpersonnel.C.5.0PAYMENTC.5.1TheContractorshallbilltheBLMviatheELECTRONICINVOICINGANDPAYMENTREQUIREMENTSINVOICEPROCESSINGPLATFORM(IPP)(seeSectionG-ContractAdministrationData).C.5.2TheContractorshallsendacopyoftheinvoiceanditemizeddocumentationinsupportofallinvoicedexpenses,toincludethequarterlyreport(seeC.4.1),totheWenatcheeFieldStaffLERangerforreviewpriortosubmissionoftheinvoicethroughtheIPPsystem.(EndofStatementofWork)Page7
