<br />05/16/2017 MINUTES 3 <br /> <br /> <br />SET PUBLIC HEARING SPEED LIMIT NO. 81 ROAD PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Approve Setting a Public Hearing to consider Reducing the Speed Limit on <br />No. 81 Road and Amending Kittitas County Code Chapter 10.08.020 to be <br />held on June 6, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Kittitas County Commissioners <br />Auditorium, Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse 205 West 5th Avenue <br />Ellensburg, WA and to authorize the Clerk to publish said notice. <br /> <br />SET PUBLIC HEARING HIGHWAY 9 PRELIMINARY PLAT CDS <br /> <br />Approve Setting a Public Hearing to consider the Highway 9 Preliminary <br />Plat (LP-17-00005), an application to subdivide approximately 4.76 acres <br />into 14 duplex town homes in 7 buildings, to be held on Tuesday June 6, <br />2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Kittitas County Commissioners Auditorium, Room <br />109, Kittitas County Courthouse 205 West 5th Avenue Ellensburg, WA and to <br />authorize the Clerk to publish said notice. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2017-086 LEGACY AT SUNCADIA PLAT CDS <br /> <br />Approve Resolution No. 2017-086, Preliminary Plat Approval for the <br />Legacy at Suncadia Long Plat (LP-17-00002), a subdivision of a portion <br />of a 16.6 acre parcel into 40 plots averaging 1/3 acre, noting the site <br />is zoned Master Planned Resort. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2017-087 RIVER RIDGE LONG PLAT CDS <br /> <br />Approve Resolution No. 2017-087 Approving the River Ridge Long Plat (LP- <br />17-00003), a subdivision of a portion of a 422 acre parcel with 39 <br />single family residential lots with Open Space tracts, Phase 2 of <br />Division #3 of the Suncadia project noting the site is zoned Master <br />Planned Resort. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2017-088 MERGE FIRE MARSHAL INTO CDS CDS <br /> <br />Approve Resolution No. 2017-088, Merging the Fire Marshal’s Office into <br />the Community Development Services Department to provide for a <br />streamlined and efficient organizational structure in order to maximize <br />resources and provide the most efficient services to the citizens of <br />Kittitas County, effective June 1, 2017. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2017-089 U.S. BUREAU OF RECLAMATION PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Approve Resolution No. 2017-089, Authorizing Submittal of the United <br />States Bureau of Reclamation Irrigation Canal Crossing Permit at the end <br />of Lund Lane, Cle Elum, WA. <br /> <br /> <br />
