5: Project funding support <br />Single partner = 4 points <br />Two partners = 8 points <br />Three or more partners = 12 points <br />6: Construction ready <br />Permit in hand = 20 points <br />Design complete = 10 points <br />7; Project Jobs created <br />0-3 jobs = 5 points <br />6 or more jobs = 10 points <br />The maximum attainable score is 100 points in any combination of criterion. <br />Once COG members complete project scoring sheets, the sheets are provided to the <br />Kittitas County Department of Public Works (DPW) for compilation of results. DPW <br />retums to the COG and presents scoring results.
