DISCUSSION: <br />Project funding for KCCD fish barrier removal projects is always tight. Adding County <br />permit fees burdens these projects even further. PW desires the Board of County <br />Commissioners support waiving KCCD Floodplain Development fees for all fish barrier <br />removal projects now pending.
