JANUARY 14, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Julie <br />Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board & Tim Egan, Facilities Maintenance <br />Director. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending January 11, 2019. <br /> <br />REQUEST TNC - MONTANA COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz explained that The Nature Conservancy had <br />offered to pay for her to attend a trip with them to Montana to look <br />at how they have set up a Community Forest. She stated that she <br />checked with Legal to see if that was allowed and they said it <br />wasn’t. So she wanted to see if the Board was supportive of her <br />attending. She also stated that there will be another tour in Oregon <br />she was hoping to attend. The Board stated that they would need to <br />first know the cost but were in support of the idea. <br /> <br />REQUEST SNOW TIRES – BOCC CAR COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Tim Egan, Facilities Maintenance Director stated that the Board had <br />asked him to price snow tires for their Ford Explorer after Chairman <br />Wright had been over the pass and it being a safety risk in the snow
