Temporary Construction Easement (TCE) limits will be defined on Civil Site <br />Preparation plan. Legal Descriptions of TCE's, including TCE documentation and <br />acquisition will be performed by the County. <br />O Temporary Erosion and Sediment Control (TESC) plans will not be provided, a <br />performance spec will be used for TESC. For Stormwater Management it is assumed the <br />project is considered Road Preservation per SWMMEW Section 2.1.4 and therefore only <br />needs to meet core requirement #1 and #2 as scoped above. Preparation of the <br />Construction SWPPP will be a bid item and prepared by the Contractor. <br />• Approach guardrail systems will not be required. Bridge railings will be signed with <br />hazard object markers. <br />
