Each Committee member will be entitled to one (1) vote on all issues presented at meetings at which the member is present. Simple majority vote is the primary decision making method. The committee's goal for a primary decision making method is consensus. Majority is defined as a majority of the appointed committee members. Article 6 — Amendment to Bylaws: The Kittitas County Flood Control Zone District Advisory Committee shall periodically review the bylaws and may propose amendments to the bylaws. Any recommendations agreed upon by the majority of the members shall be forwarded to the Board of County Commissioners for approval. Article 7 — Adoption: Bylaws are in full force and effect when adopted and approved by the Kittitas County Flood Control Zone District Advisory Committee and the Board of County Commissioners. Article 8 — Bylaws Review: Bylaws shall be reviewed annually by the Kittitas County Flood Control Zone District Advisory Committee and the Board of County Commissioners. *Tire foregoing Bylaws of the Kittitas County Flood Control Zone District Advisory Committee approved and adopted this 26`h day of September and approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners this 26th day of November, 2018.
