If so, please elaborate. <br />Yes. As a core contributor to the YBIP Habitat subcommittee, I was very involved <br />in setting the program's overall direction, 10 -year goals, and in developing biennial <br />budget requests covering a variety of capital projects. A significant part of the <br />biennial budget effort is negotiating priorities, judging feasibility, and balancing <br />the mix of projects to seek funding for. <br />Earlier, while at Snohomish County Public Works, I helped develop and assess <br />project budgets, timelines, and risk factors to help decision -makers develop yearly <br />and six-year infrastructure plans. <br />Page 4 of 5 <br />
