11/20/2018 MINUTES 2
Office. Current Rates vary from 1.7 to 2.5 percent and if the BoCC
concurs, RID 2018-01 Wiehl Road could go forward with a lot count of
65 and a reduced interest rate of 2.5%. He stated that this equates
to approximately $728.10 per lot per year for a 15 year period using
a total lot count of 65. He stated that reducing the number of lots
from 65 to 60 (counting only one of the six lots as requested)
raises the annual per lot payment to $788.77. He encouraged the
Board to consider capturing all six lots now and credit back the lot
owner once the final number of lots is determined post conservancy,
which would represent a consistent approach taken with all other lot
owners. He stated that there is an Ordinance before the Board to
consider. He noted that they had received a total of 3 letters from
Joseph & Claudette Maybo; Charles Adams; Rick Hermanson for the
record.

THOSE PRESENT & TESTIFYING: DEBBIE COCKLE; SAM MAYBO; JEANNINE
STAPLETON; MIKE ZAHAJKO; CHUCK ADAMS who all spoke in opposition of
the proposed RID.

COMMISSIONER O’BRIEN moved to continue the Public Hearing due to
time limit allowed to December 10, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the
Commissioners Auditorium Room #109, noting the record would remain
open to allow for additional public comment and to get review from
the County Prosecutor.
