References: Provide the name and phone number for at least three (3) references from <br />sources who can validate your business reputation and experience in providing public <br />services. <br />CRITERIA FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS <br />The following criteria will be used in ranking and selection of the successful consultant. <br />I. Experience and Qualifications (25%): Preference shall be given to qualifications/ <br />experience providing aviation support services first and public services secondarily. <br />A preference for disadvantaged business/veteran owned business inclusion will be <br />provided (5% of criteria score). <br />2. Pricing Structure (50%): Preference shall be given to proposals providing grouping of <br />requested services primarily, and individual service pricing secondarily. Omission of <br />identified services (Scope of Services) will adversely impact the total points provided by <br />reviewers. <br />3. References (25%): Preference shall be given to professional references from individuals <br />who have worked with you in a similar service environment. <br />SELECTION OF THE CONSULTANT <br />It is the intent of the County to appoint a committee to review and rank the RFPs. The <br />committee may choose to interview a shortlist of responders before making the selection. If <br />interviews are to be conducted, the shortlisted providers will be notified at least 10 (ten) days <br />prior to the interview date. Unsuccessful firms will be notified in writing no later than 10 (ten) <br />days after selection of service providers. <br />The County reserves the right to reject any and all submissions to this RFP, request clarification, <br />and waive informalities/technicalities, if deemed in the best interest of the County. The County <br />assumes no responsibility for costs incurred in responding to this RFP. <br />Selection will be based on "Criteria for Request for Proposal" as detailed above. <br />CONTRACT <br />The selected consultants will be invited to complete a service contract with the County.
