Motion passed. <br />REQUEST TO APPROVE A PUBLIC NOTICE TO ADVERTISE FOR A REQUEST FOR <br />QUALIFICATIONS FOR FIXED BASED OPERATOR SERVICES AT BOWERS FIELD <br />Mark Cook reported that current fixed based operator services at <br />Bowers Field will terminate in November of 2017. Mark Cook continued <br />that with the lease assignment to Central Washington University from <br />Midstate Aviation it is anticipated that Central Washington University <br />may submit for this service. Mark Cook added that he would like to go <br />out to ad for two weeks and see what type of proposals are received. <br />Discussion was held. Commissioner Osiadacz made a <br />motion to approve with Vice -Chairman O'Brien seconding the motion. <br />Motion passed. <br />KITTITAS COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE 0.09 FUNDING REQUEST TO INVEST <br />SAVINGS FROM THE INCUBATOR ROOF PROJECT <br />Mark Cook stated that recently the Conference of Government (COG) met <br />to review applications submitted for 0.09 funding award. Mark Cook <br />continued that these awards were made and a request came in from the <br />Chamber of Commerce to apply savings from a previous request to <br />another project. Mark Cook added that an application for this request <br />was submitted and COG supports the request. Motion passed. <br />CONFERENCE OF GOVERNMENTS 0.09 FUNDING REQUEST FOR THE CITY OF CLE <br />ELUM <br />Mark Cook reported that the City of Cle Blum was awarded funding <br />through the 0.09 program; however, the grant they applied for to <br />obtain the matching funding for the award was not awarded. Mark Cook <br />stated that the City of Cle Elum is requesting to reduce the scope of <br />the project that was awarded funding and have submitted a new <br />application to reflect that to COG. Mark Cook added that COG supports <br />the request. Discussion was held. Chairman Jewell called for a <br />motion to approve the request.
