Cook <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />None. <br />BRIEFING SUMMARY: <br />• Recently, the Board of County Commissioners requested Public Works send <br />comments to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) regarding <br />Grant County PUD No. 2's recreational plan update. <br />• PUD staff desire having a discussion with the Board regarding the Board's <br />decision. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Several weeks ago, the Board of County Commissioners directed Public Works to file <br />comments with FERC regarding Grant PUD's pending recreation plan.
