10/01/2018 MINUTES 2 <br />It was determined that since Mr. Egan is now overseeing all <br />Facilities/Maintenance he would just meet with Commissioner Wright <br />as that is the Commissioner assigned to Facilities Maintenance for <br />the year. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT BRIAN MAGLIETTI – LTAC COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien moved to appoint Brian Maglietti to the <br />County’s Lodging Tax Advisory Committee effective immediately. <br />Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION FACEBOOK WEEKLY POSTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board decided they would post a notice that the Burn Ban will be <br />lifted effective 10/1/18 and also share the Cascade Prevention <br />Coalition Survey. <br /> <br />UPDATE BOCC/DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Each Commissioner was assigned three different Department Heads to <br />meet with on a weekly basis. This was determined at a Special <br />Meeting with the Board of County Commissioners held on June 18, <br />2009. Each Commissioner reviewed discussions held with their <br />respective departments and exchanged details of those meetings. On <br />January 3, 2011 the Board determined it would be beneficial to <br />alternate Commissioners that will oversee the different Department <br />Head’s on an annual basis.
