OCTOBER 01, 2018 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Obie <br />O’Brien and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Julie <br />Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Lisa Young, HR Director/Interim KVEC <br />Director; Dan Carlson, CDS Director. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending September 28, 2018. <br /> <br />LICENSE WA STATE LIQUOR CONTROL BOARD COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien moved to approve and authorize the Chairman to <br />sign a Special Occasion License from the Washington State Liquor & <br />Cannabis Board for the National Young Farmers Coalition to host <br />their 8th annual Fall Harvest event in Thorp at Spoonful Farms – 1250 <br />Dudley Road, on October 7, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. <br />Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />REPORTING TIM EGAN – DEPT. HEAD COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II asked the Board on <br />behalf of Tim Egan, Facilities Maintenance Director to clarify which <br />Commissioner he is to report to since the Fair is over. <br />
