BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2018 - 151 <br />ADOPTING MEADOW WAY ONTO THE KITTITAS COUNTY <br />ROAD SYSTEM <br />WHEREAS: The Easton Flats Short Plat (Auditors number 200501240029) dedicated a <br />60 foot roadway tract to Kittitas County located in portions of Sections 1 <br />and 12, Township 20 N Range 13 E, W.M.; and <br />WHEREAS: The current short plat owner desires establishing the roadway now known <br />as Marian Way onto the County Public Road system; and <br />WHEREAS: A road meeting public standards was accepted as constructed by Public <br />Works; and <br />WHEREAS: Public Works has required an additional easement from the land owner <br />accessing a temporary turn -around at the end of the road and the <br />temporary turnaround is now constructed and accepted by Public Works; <br />and <br />WHEREAS: Marian Way is intended to be the access roadway for Marian Meadows <br />Long Plat (LPT-17-000001); and <br />WHEREAS: The Board of County Commission has granted approval to Marian <br />Meadows Planned Unit Development (PD -17-00001), Conditional Use <br />Permit (CU -17-00001) and Plat (LPT-17-00001) pursuant to Ordinance <br />2018-006; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED That the Board of County Commissioners, <br />in the best interest of the public, does hereby adopt all of Marian Way <br />(Milepost 0.0 to Milepost 0.17) onto the Kittitas County Road System. <br />
