09/18/2018 MINUTES 2 <br />COMMISSIONER O’BRIEN explained the reasons why he believed that the <br />Planning Official had made the right decision with the <br />determination. COMMISSIONER WRIGHT said he understood how there may <br />have been some confusion from the person at the front counter at CDS <br />however, the Code is explicit as well as the notes on the Plat. <br />CHAIRMAN OSIADACZ provided the reasons why she would be supporting <br />the administrative decision and how the Board needs to uphold the <br />Kittitas County Code.
