9/17/2018 MINUTES 2 <br /> <br />WAIVER NOISE ORDINANCE – MUNDAY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to approve and authorize a Noise Ordinance <br />Waiver request from Alexander Munday for his wedding at his <br />residence (21 Ermine Loop, Cle Elum, WA 98922) on September 29, <br />2018, until midnight, noting that they need to notify their <br />neighbors in immediate proximity and directed Staff to notify Mr. <br />Munday, KITTCOM and the KCSO. Chairman Osiadacz seconded. Motion <br />carried 2-0. <br /> <br /> <br />DISCUSSION FACEBOOK WEEKLY POSTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board determined for the week September 17, 2018 they would post <br />on Facebook educational language regarding the TREX Exception to the <br />burn ban if the Board approves it during their Special Meeting on 9- <br />17-18. <br /> <br />UPDATE BOCC/ DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Each Commissioner was assigned three different Department Heads to <br />meet with on a weekly basis. This was determined at a Special <br />Meeting with the Board of County Commissioners held on June 18, <br />2009. Each Commissioner reviewed discussions held with their <br />respective departments and exchanged details of those meetings. On <br />January 3, 2011 the Board determined it would be beneficial to <br />alternate Commissioners that will oversee the different Department <br />Head’s on an annual basis.
