SEPTEMBER 17, 2018 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory <br />Wright. Excused: Vice-Chairman Obie O’Brien. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Julie <br />Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending September 14, 2018. <br /> <br />LETTER HOPESOURCE-DIAL-A-RIDE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to approve and authorize Board signature <br />on a letter to HopeSource in support for their DOT Grant Application <br />benefiting the HopeSource Transit System Dial-A-Ride program. <br />Chairman Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />LETTER COMMUTER BUS-HOPESOURCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to approve authorize Board signature on a <br />letter to HopeSource in support for HopeSource’s proposed <br />Ellensburg-Cle Elum Commuter Route, noting that he would like to see <br />an addendum added to the first letter proposed on September 11, 2018 <br />stating that the Board believes there should be a “fee” attached to <br />the service. Chairman Osiadacz seconded. Chairman Osiadacz stated <br />she would add that language to the letter and get it to Commissioner <br />Wright for signature. Motion carried 2-0.
