Project planning, team direction and coordination and ongoing client communication <br />a. Develop Project Execution Plan/Project Procedures Manual; <br />b. Provide team direction and oversight; <br />c. Provide updates and reports to the Owner (e.g., weekly, monthly, etc.); <br />d. Develop and implement Hazard Assessment Safety Action Plan (HASAP); <br />e. Plan and facilitate internal team project meetings; <br />f. Plan and facilitate external project meetings with the County and stakeholders: include <br />location and anticipated attendees from both the Jacobs team and Owner team; prepare <br />meeting materials; conduct meeting(s); develop meeting minute(s); distribute minute(s); <br />and incorporate edits from comments. <br />g. Review each submittal and/or deliverable check and verify deliverables compliance with <br />scope, schedule, budget and quality. <br />2. Project Controls <br />a. Monitor expended and remaining budget, and forecast cost to complete; <br />b. Prepare monthly invoices and back-up, and monthly progress reports. <br />c. Sub consultant management to include subcontract execution, review and incorporation of <br />sub consultant invoices and progress reports and monitoring of sub consultant financial <br />status. <br />d. Monitoring and updating project design schedule. <br />3. Quality <br />a. Develop and administer Quality Assurance Plan <br />4. Deliverables <br />a. Project Management Plan (including quality plan and safety plan) <br />b. Formal meeting notes (up to 5 meetings) <br />c. Monthly progress reports and invoices <br />Task 02 — Agency Coordination <br />1. Agency Coordination <br />a. Coordinate with Kittitas County Public Works, Kittitas County Community and <br />Development Services, Department of Fish and Wildlife, Department of Ecology, US <br />Army Corps of Engineers, and other agencies as needed. <br />b. Coordination items include stream, hydraulic and structure design, impact analysis, <br />permits required and timelines, and facilitated review of project milestones as needed. <br />Task 03 — Geotechnical Investigations and Reporting <br />Based on a cursory review of available geologic data, the culvert replacements are located in alluvium <br />deposits over likely cemented gravel. The project will be mostly affected by the geotechnical <br />characteristics of the alluvium and depth to bedrock. Key geotechnical considerations will include <br />excavation and dewatering to construct the new structure, and foundations to support it. <br />1. Field Investigation and Laboratory Analysis <br />
