F�TSI.�lllil !O I>�CC <br />,�� `%y KZTTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />KIT[ I I IS('OC P TY <br />Formal Task Order Document <br />Jacobs Engineering Group <br />Agreement KCPW2017-19ENV1 <br />Task Order Number 16 <br />Jacobs Project Number: W3X76516 <br />Maximum Amount Payable $222,025 Completion Date <br />5/30/19 <br />The general provisions and clauses of Local Agency Agreement Number KCPW2017- <br />19ENV1 shall be in full force and effect for this Task Order. <br />Location of Project: Kittitas County, Ellensburg. <br />Project Title: Fairview Road Culvert Replacement <br />Scope of Work: The Jacobs team will deliver the final design of the Fairview Road Culvert Replacement <br />Project in coordination with Kittitas County staff. Our team includes Jacobs, KPFF, Aspect Consulting, <br />and Abeyta and Associates. The final design includes Environmental (Jacobs), Hydraulics (Jacobs), <br />Structural Engineering (KPFF), Right -of -Way (Abeyta), and Geotechnical (Aspect) services. Kittitas <br />County will be delivering survey, public outreach/communication, utilities coordination, as well as Civil <br />Engineering and maintenance of traffic (MOT) plan(s), specification(s), and estimate. Kittitas County <br />will be responsible for assembling the overall final plans, specifications, and estimate (PS&E) package for <br />Advertisement. <br />Kittitas County desires to have the final design completed in order to put this project on Advertisement by <br />April 2019. <br />This project will include the following elements: <br />• Replacement of a failed box culvert with an appropriately -sized new structure to convey Coleman <br />Creek in approximately the same location. <br />• Realigning approximately 900 feet of Coleman Creek into a new stream channel. <br />• Abandoning in place two additional stream crossings under Fairview Road. <br />
