KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />i. Provide up to 4 hours of Plans and Specifications support throughout the project. <br />3. Deliverables <br />a. One (1) Draft Geotechnical Report <br />b. One (1) Final Geotechnical Report. To be delivered after Jacobs receives one (1) set of <br />Owner's comments. Owner will combine all comments to one (1) document and submit <br />to Jacobs. <br />Task 04 — Hydraulic Analysis and Report <br />1. Data Collection <br />a. Acquiring topo data from County, researching hydrologic data, acquiring aerial imagery, <br />and project setup. <br />2. Field Reconnaissance <br />a. Jacobs staff to lead field efforts of pebble count for sediment size x2 locations, profile of <br />reference and design reach, bank -full width, key pieces, Manning's evaluation, <br />longitudinal profile analysis and collect photos. Assume 1 day in the field <br />3. CAD Setup <br />a. CAD standards, file structure, and printing process needs to be set up and maintained. <br />4. Hydrology Review <br />a. Review existing flows and data from Watershed Science and Engineering. <br />S. Geomorphic Reach Assessment and Scour Analysis <br />a. Evaluate existing and future conditions for sediment stability and sizing (assume 2 page <br />write up). No site visits included. <br />6. Hydraulics <br />a. Open channel calculation will be provided at 30%. <br />b. HEC -RAS 1 D Steady State Model of proposed conditions will be provided at 60%. <br />7. Creek Realignment Design 30% <br />a. Provide info to Structural for sizing crossing, provide stream plan sheets. <br />8. Creek Realignment Design 60% <br />a. Take the drawings to a 60% then switch to a review role with County. <br />9. Creek Realignment Design 100% <br />a. Draft stream specifications, then plan review only plans, specifications, and estimates. <br />Assume one in person meeting. <br />10. Deliverables <br />a. Data collection/Field Reconnaissance summary memo (assume 5 pages) and updated <br />basemap provided by County. <br />b. Hydrology Data Summary. <br />c. Reach Assessment and Scour Analysis memo (2 pages). <br />d. Open channel calculations (30%) and HEC -RAS 1 D Steady State Model (60%). <br />e. 30% stream plan and profile (3 sheets each) for two alternatives, typical sections, <br />crossing details, habitat feature sheets (9 total). <br />f. 60% stream plan and profile (assume 1 overview sheet, 3 plan/profile sheets, 2 sections <br />sheets, and 2 details sheet = 8 sheets) <br />Task 05 — Environmental Documentation and Permitting <br />1. NEPA/SEPA Documentation <br />a. Research and prepare one (1) NEPA Categorical Exclusion (CE) form <br />
