We will draft an amendment to <br />the BAS report for inclusion into the ;public record. <br />SCJ is not responsible for conducting public meetings or workshop sessions <br />Includes one meeting in Ellensburg with County staff <br />Expenses <br />Expenses will be charged on a time and material basis and include items such as mileage, pian <br />reproduction, copies, etc. <br />Budget Summary Estimate <br />Phase 1 Desktop Review and Project Coordination $3,000 <br />"Prase 2 Research. Curren Besi Avaiiabie Science (BAS) $6,000 <br />Phase 3 Complete a Revised Draft Critical Areas Ordinance $6,000 <br />Phase 4 Final Critical Areas Ordinance 3,500 <br />Total Time & Materials Estimate <br />$18,500 <br />This estimate is based on our current knowledge of the project. If over time, the scope and overall <br />objectives of the project change, this estimate may need to be adjusted to reflect the modified <br />circumstances. The above scope and estimate will expire six months from the date of this letter. If <br />project approval exceeds this timeframe, an updated estimate will be provided upon request. <br />Additional services requested, but not identified in the scope of work, will be considered "extra <br />services" and will be charged on a time -and -materials basis in accordance with the attached billing rate <br />schedule.
