Cook <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Select community representatives. <br />BRIEFING SUMMARY: <br />• Public Works (PW) solicitation for task force membership is complete. <br />• 14 applications have been received. <br />• 1 application was received after the August 7, 2018 deadline. <br />• PW will separately pursue agency representatives. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Board of County Commissioners BOCC) recently gave direction to solicit <br />community members for interest in serving on an Upper County Traffic Task Force. PW <br />conducted public outreach efforts and has received 13 applications. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />Once the BOCC selects community members for the task force, PW will solicit agencies <br />for participation.
