Notice of the hearing upon resolution declaring intent to order an improvement <br />shall be given by mail at least fifteen days before the day fixed for the hearing to <br />all owners benefited by the RID. <br />4. The public hearing is conducted. <br />PW suggests setting a hearing date one month in advance of the hearing. The additional <br />time provides adequate time for benefited owners to solicit PW with questions regarding <br />the hearing and/or formulation process. <br />Given the timeline gap from the last communication from the County, staff is curious to <br />hear the Board's thoughts on soliciting a final time updating owners on our progress and <br />affirming interest in proceeding. <br />FISCAL IMPACTS: <br />Currently, the Board's contribution of cost towards the RID is estimated at being <br />approximately $274,000.
