7/16/2018 MINUTES 3 <br /> <br />At 10:04 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session for 5 minutes to consider the selection <br />of a site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or purchase <br />when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a <br />likelihood of increased price. No action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:09 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
