responsible/obligated for any damages Central Paving, LLC may <br />incur through collection of monies owed by owner(s) and not <br />constricted or limited to the following: reasonable attorney's fees, <br />court costs, interest, and all other legal expenses when pursuing <br />payment by property owner. <br />- By accepting this proposal, the signer acknowledges that if <br />payment is not received in full according to the terms of this <br />agreement, Central Paving, LLC has the right to a contractor's <br />lien in accordance with RCW 60.04.
