Cook <br />RECOMMENDATION• <br />Direct that staff solicit for committee members reviewing proposed changes to Title 12. <br />BRIEFING SUMMARY: <br />• Public Works (PW) has recently completed a complete revision to county road <br />standards. <br />• PW desires obtaining stakeholder feedback ahead of planning commission review. <br />• PW has prepared a suggested a process for formulating a stakeholder review <br />committee (EXHIBIT 1). <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Recently, PW completed a complete revision to County Road Standards. The changes <br />are significant and PW desires having a stakeholder group review the standards ahead of <br />planning commission review. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />It is PW understanding that the County has previously formed a review committee for all <br />previous revisions to the Road Standards. The current proposed revision is extensive and <br />area stakeholders are expected to be interested in evaluating staff's proposal ahead of <br />planning commission submittal.
