Motion 05-07 carried to amended BOCC Ordinance 2018- <br />010 approving the amendment of Kittitas County Code Chapter 13.40. <br />Laura Osiadacz concluded the public hearing on the proposed changes to Kittitas County Code Chapter <br />13.03, and 13.35 Permanent measures and opened the public hearing for approval of the proposed <br />changes to Kittitas County Code Chapter 13.30, Group B Water System Requirements. <br />Tristen Lamb stepped to the microphone to present the proposed changes to Kittitas County Code Chapter <br />13.30 Group B Water System Requirements. The health department proposes to implement a Group B <br />Water System program through a local ordinance, which would replace the Joint Plan of Responsibility <br />with the Washington State Department of Health and bring increased revenue for this program.
