Board of Health Minutes <br />May 17, 2018 <br />2 of 4 <br />Jerry Pettit, 831 No 6 Rd, Ellensburg, (4H) stepped to the microphone to voice concern about the mobile <br />food fee. The local 4H uses this permit and is non-profit, but would like the health department to look at <br />this definition and fee in the future for something that is more suitable to a group like 4H. <br />Mark Nelson, 71 Brannigan Lane, Ellensburg, stepped to the microphone to express his concern about the <br />increase in the Group A Adequate Water Supply Determination Form. Would like information as to this <br />fee has increased. <br />Closed public comment at 10:19 a.m. <br />Paul Jewell discussed amending the fee schedule document to include "Exhibit A document" Mitigation <br />and Metering fee handout not currently included in packet and amending the $3.00 Auditors Processing <br />Fee and amend to state $3.00 Auditors Finance Fee. Commissioner Jewell would also like to strike the fee <br />that relates to the Trust Water Right Administration item in the fee schedule that is to be replaced by the <br />Mitigation and Metering fee document. <br />Motion 05-01: Motion to approve the amendments made to the BOH Fee Schedule. John Asriel M.D moved <br />to approve the amended BOH Resolution 2018-002 to approve the 2018 Kittitas County Public <br />Health Department Fee Schedule with amendments. Paul Jewell second. All approved. Paul Jewell moved to approve the BOCC <br />Resolution 2018-083 approving the 2018 Kittitas County Public Health Fee Schedule with <br />amendments. Laura Osiadacz second. All approved. Motion 05-03 carried to approve the BOCC <br />Resolution 2018-083 approving the 2018 Kittitas County Public Health Fee Schedule with <br />amendments. <br />Laura Osiadacz concluded the public hearing on the 2018 Kittitas County Public Health Fee Schedule and <br />opened the public hearing for approval of the proposed changes to Kittitas County Code Chapter 13.03, <br />and 13.35 Permanent measures. <br />Erin Moore stepped to the microphone and reviewed the changes to 13.03 Definitions and adds changes <br />to 13.37.027. <br />Ms. Moore also reviewed the changes to 13.40 Mitigation and Metering Program to allow expansion of <br />reading, monitoring, and reporting all new uses of water in Kittitas County.
