CORRESPONDENCE - NONE ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS - NONE <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS <br />Gordon Brandt, President of the East Lake Kachess Homeowners Association <br />provided a letter to the Board of County Commissioners and requested <br />them to withdraw their support for the Yakima Basin Integrated Plan. <br /> <br />Christine Johnson President of the Kachess Community Association <br />requested the Board to withdraw their support of the proposed Kachess <br />Drought Relief Pumping Project-Floating Pumping Plant. <br /> <br />Shelley Gienger felt the proposed pumping plant would reduce property <br />values and thought there should be another solution for farmers. She <br />asked the Board to withdraw their support and oppose the SDEIS Plan. <br /> <br />Ann Lewis spoke of possible effects to the Upper County if the pumping <br />plant were to go in and questioned who would be paying for it. She <br />urged the Board to oppose the SDEIS by the July 11th deadline.
