2. Effective date, such as immediately upon receipt by the person to whom the order is directed; <br />3. Compliance outcome, such as failure to comply with terms of a cease and desist order can <br />result in enforcement action including but not limited to issuance of a civil infraction citation; <br />and <br />4. Corrective measures, the affected party may request one meeting with the County Engineer <br />within 20 days of receipt of the cease and desist order. The affected party may request one <br />subsequent meeting with the Public Works Director. <br />F Civil Infraction. Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provisions of these standards shall be <br />deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not <br />more than $250.00 or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days as set forth in KCC Title 18. Each <br />person, firm, or corporation found guilty of a violation shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense <br />for each and every day during any portion of which any violation of any provision of these standards <br />is committed, continued or permitted by such person, firm, or corporation and shall be punished <br />therefor. <br />12.01.070 Specifications and Guidance Documents. <br />Except where these Standards provide otherwise, all aspects of roadway, bridge, and stormwater design <br />and construction, including materials shall be in accordance with the most current, as amended editions of <br />the following publications: <br />A. Kittitas County Code, all other Titles <br />B. Kittitas County Comprehensive Plan <br />C. Kittitas County Long -Range Transportation Plan <br />D. Adopted Community Plans <br />E. Kittitas County Capital Improvement Program <br />F. WSDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction <br />G. WSDOT Standard Plans <br />H. WSDOT Design Manual <br />I. WSDOT Bridge Design Manual <br />J. WSDOT Construction Manual <br />K. DOE Stormwater Management Manual for Eastern Washington (SWMMEW) <br />L. ITE Trip Generation Manual <br />Design and construction of roads, bridges, and stormwater systems shall also utilize applicable industry <br />standard design and construction guidance, including, but not limited to, the most current, as amended <br />edition of the list of publications and sources below. In all cases, when reference publications and design <br />guidance is referenced in these standards, the latest edition, as amended version of that document shall be <br />Utilized. <br />A.
