This request is to outline the work we will complete using these funds and our <br />matching funds. <br />Remove existing footing and install new footing; <br />Design, purchase, and install heating; <br />Design, purchase, and install materials necessary to improve air circulation and air quality. <br />Matching funds are $150,000. <br />Amount Requested from WSDA <br />$ 100,000.00 <br />Total ProjectAmount <br />$ 250,000.00 <br />Type of Match <br />OMonetary [] In-Kind [a Botli Monetaiy & Ii'i-Kind 0 No Matcli <br />Description of Match <br />Match is cash and staff time to complete the project. <br />Health / Safety / Legal Requirement of Capital Improvement <br />Footing, heating and air circulation are critical for the health of both four legged and two legged animals using Bloom Pavilion. <br />In the winter, this covered, but open air riding arena is colder than it is outside and in the summer it is hotter.
