FISCAL IMPACTS: <br />Historic snow removal costs are $1,022,972 for the period: 1997 to 2017. The average <br />annual cost is: $1,022,972/20 = $51,148.60. Providing no credit from PW towards snow <br />removal, the estimated annual cost per household for Hyak snow removal is estimated at: <br />$51,150/156 = $330+/-. <br />Using the past six years, the average cost to each household increases to $385/year.
