TRIBES & BANDS YAKAMA NATION PROSECUTOR <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien moved to approve a Settlement Agreement between the <br />Confederated Tribes and Bands of the Yakama Nation and Kittitas County <br />and the State of Washington, Department of Ecology, and to Set a Date of <br />June 12, 2018 for the public process to begin with the Planning <br />Commission to consider changes to the Kittitas County Code. Commissioner <br />Jewell seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2018-070 HYAK PUD (RZ-87-00002) CDS <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien moved to approve Resolution No. 2018-070, In the <br />Matter of Approval of the Final Development Plan for the Hyak Planned <br />Unit Development (RZ-87-00002). Commissioner Jewell seconded. Motion <br />carried 3-0. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 2018-006 MARIAN MEADOWS PUD, CUP & PLAT CDS <br /> <br />Chairman Osiadacz announced she would be recusing herself from the issue <br />and left the meeting. <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to Approve Ordinance No. 2018-0006, Granting <br />Approval to the Marian Meadows Planned Unit Development (PD-17-00001), <br />Conditional Use Permit (CU-17-00001), and Plat (LP-17-00001), and direct <br />Staff to correct a typo to the word “Granting” in the title of the <br />Ordinance. Commissioner O’Brien seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2018-071 YOUTH SPORTS SCHOLARSHIP – HOPESOURCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Chairman Osiadacz returned to the meeting. Commissioner O’Brien <br />announced he would be recusing himself from the issue and left the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to approve Resolution No. 2018-071, Amending <br />the September 6, 2016 Youth Sports Scholarship Program Contract with <br />HopeSource.
