<br />05/01/2018 MINUTES 4 <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2018-074 JACOBS TASK ORDER NO. 3 PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Approve Resolution No. 2018-074, Authorizing the Chair’s Signature on <br />Jacobs Task Order No. 3 Amendment No. 1 in the amount of $170,423.00 <br />Adding Additional Civil Engineering Services for the Teanaway Hydraulic <br />Improvements Project. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2018-075 BOWERS FIELD PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Approve Resolution No. 2018-075, Updating the Federal Aviation <br />Administration Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Policy for Bowers <br />Field, and to direct the DBE Liaison Officer, Candie Leader to sign the <br />Policy on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2018-076 PROHIBITING HEAVY VEHICLES PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Approve Resolution No. 2018-076, Prohibiting All Heavy Vehicles <br />Classified by Federal Highway Administration as Class 9 and Above from <br />Traveling on Nelson Siding Road, Westside Road, Mohar Road, Upper Peoh <br />Point Road and Thorp Prairie Road, Annually from May 15th until September <br />15th. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE - NONE <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS <br /> <br />VOUCHERS VOUCHER APPROVAL AUDITOR <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to approve Vouchers including Claims Warrant <br />#810326531 in the total amount of $26,624.73. Chairman Osiadacz <br />seconded. Motion carried 2-0 (Commissioner O’Brien abstained from the <br />vote). <br /> <br />CITIZEN COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS – NONE <br /> <br />BOARD DISCUSSION/DECISION ITEMS <br /> <br />CLAIM FOR DAMAGES PUD NO. 1 PROSECUTOR <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien moved to approve a Claim for Damages filed with the <br />Kittitas County Auditor on March 8, 2018 by the Kittitas County PUD No. <br />1, in the amount of $6,211.75 conditioned upon receipt of a Release of <br />All Claims, as recommended by the Prosecutors office. Commissioner <br />Jewell seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
