Staff reviewed the final development plan and finds <br />that the conditions imposed by Resolution 94-12 have either been met or <br />are on-going conditions to be met prior to final plat approval. <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners asked various questions of Staff <br />including Mark Cook, Public Works Director. Commissioner Jewell said he <br />needs assurances that mitigations will be complied with before moving <br />forward and questioned if the County has authority to deal with the <br />current mitigations. <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien moved to continue the Closed Record Meeting to <br />April 17, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. under Board Discussion & Decision to allow <br />Staff to conduct research and provide information back to them at that <br />time. Commissioner Jewell seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE GRANTING APPROVAL TO MARIAN MEADOWS PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />(PD17-00001), CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CU-177-00001), AND PLAT (LP-17- <br />00001) – ITEM REMOVED AT THE REQUEST OF CDS <br /> <br />MISCELLANEOUS - NONE <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />At 11:45 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess into <br />Executive Session with Mark Cook, Public Works Director, for 20 minutes <br />to evaluate the qualifications of an applicant for public employment or <br />to review the performance of a public employee. However, subject to RCW <br />42.30.140 (4), discussion by a governing body of salaries, wages, and <br />other conditions of employment to be generally applied within the agency <br />shall occur in a meeting open to the public, and when a governing body <br />elects to take final action hiring, setting the salary of an individual <br />employee or class of employees, or discharging or disciplining an <br />employee, that action shall be taken in a meeting open to the public. <br />Action was anticipated. <br />At 12:05 p.m. the Board recessed out of Executive Session.
