4/02/2018 MINUTES 3 <br />Justice Council as presented. Commissioner O’Brien seconded. Motion <br />carried 3-0. <br /> <br />SOFTWARE ADOBE ACROBAT COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board requested the Boards direction on <br />how she should proceed with a recommendation received from I.T. for <br />the Adobe Software update as its more than they were directed to <br />budget for. <br /> <br />The Board stated it’s needed to conduct business so proceed with the <br />purchase of the software update for Adobe. Commissioner Jewell <br />stated he would meet with I.T. to discuss this as it’s not the first <br />error for technology updates this year that they had departments <br />budget for and then they were off considerably. <br /> <br />It was noted that at the end of the year if a Budget Amendment is <br />necessary they will process it at that time, however there may be <br />savings in another area of their budget that will allow for a <br />“budget neutral” impact. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS-N/A <br /> <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:40 a.m. <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />DEPUTY CLERK OF THE BOARD KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mandy Buchholz Laura Osiadacz, Chairman
