remainder of the studies shall begin to implement each study no later than <br />fifteen months following approval of the QAPP. <br />8. For all studies, lead entities shall describe interim results and status of the study <br />in their annual reports throughout the duration of the study. <br />9. For all studies, lead entities and/or participating Permittees shall enter all <br />applicable data collected as part of conducting the study into Ecology's <br />Environmental Information Management (EIM) database before the end of the <br />water year in which it is collected, or within six months of collecting the <br />sample, whichever is later. <br />10. All participating Permittees shall report the final results of each study and <br />recommend future actions based on the findings. Reports and recommendations <br />shall be submitted to Ecology no later than six months after completion of the <br />study and by other means and timelines identified in the approved QAPPs. <br />C. Each city and county Permittee listed in S1.D.2.a.i and S1.D.2.a.ii shall provide, in <br />each annual report, a description of the Permittee's participation in Eastern <br />Washington Stormwater Management Program Effectiveness Studies planning <br />efforts, and related outcomes. <br />S9. REPORTING AND RECORDKEEPING <br />A. No later than March 31 of each year beginning in 2016, each Permittee shall submit <br />an annual report. The reporting period for the first annual report will be January 1, <br />2015 through December 31, 2015. The reporting period for all subsequent annual <br />reports will be the previous calendar year unless otherwise specified. <br />Permittees shall submit annual reports electronically using Ecology's WQWebDMR <br />program available on Ecology's website at <br />hiip://www.ecy.wa.gov/programs/wa/ermilL/paris/webdmr.html unless otherwise <br />directed by Ecology. <br />Permittees unable to submit electronically through Ecology's WQWebDMR must <br />contact Ecology to request a waiver and obtain instructions on how to submit an <br />annual report in an alternative format. <br />B. Each Permittee is required to keep all records related to this permit for at least five <br />years. <br />C. Each Permittee shall make all records related to this permit and the Permittee's <br />SWMP available to the public at reasonable times during business hours. The <br />Permittee will provide a copy of the most recent annual report to any individual or <br />entity, upon request. <br />1. A reasonable charge may be assessed by the Permittee for making photocopies <br />of records. <br />2.
