ZONE AE -- Detailed Study Yakima River Cie Elim to Easton WSF will review the detailed study completed by STARR forthe Yakima River between Cie Elum and Easton, including review of the hydraulic model Inputs, to determine if proposed Base Flood Vevations (SFEs) and flood hazard boundary limits appear reasonable, If the BFEs and/or flood hazard delineations do not appear accurate, WSE will create a map and short written summary which identifies and describes apparent problems. Task 4. Flood Hazard Map Lower Manastash Creek WSE will review proposed flood hazard delineations for the lower six miles of Manastash Creek. if the flood hazard delineations do not appear accurate, WSE will create a map and short written summary which Identifies and describes the apparent problem. Task S. Technical Memorandum WSE will prepare a brieftechnical memorandum that compiles the figures and descriptions prepared in Tasks 2 to 4. Task 6. On -Lino Meeting with FEMA & STARR WSE will host an on-line meeting with the County, FEMA, DOE and STARR team representatives to discuss the results of the review. Together the team will decide the best approach to refining the delineations (if needed), Task 7, project Administration WSE will conduct general project administration activities including keeping the County's project manager Informed of all significant project related news, preparation of monthly invoices, and contract management. cost See attached spreadsheet. Schedule WSE will complete the Review by April 15, 2016, assuming all necessary files can be obtained From FEMA by February19. The Task Order completion date will extend to December 31, 2017 to allow ample time to coordinate with and respond to FEMA.
