Evaluation <br />It is essential for us to take the time after each event to evaluate how we performed. We look at what <br />worked; what didn't work; what we would do differently next time. We call these debrief sessions and <br />involve all staff in order to ensure accurate evaluations of performance. <br />on an annual basis we take stock of our equipment (using the Preventative Maintenance Plan), <br />chemicals, and cleaning materials to ensure that we have what is needed and that it is in good working <br />order. in addition, we are committed to ensuring our staff is highly trained in our standards and policies, <br />and we review the Cleaning Action Plan with each new employee, and with the entire team, on at least <br />an annual basis. <br />Kittitas Valley Event Center Cleaning Action Plan 2017 15 1 P a g e <br />
