12/19/2017 MINUTES 5 AGREEMENT CITY OF ROSLYN COMMISSIONERS Approve an Agreement between the City of Roslyn and Kittitas County to provide library services to residents living outside the City limits, in the total amount of $18,700.00, from January 1, 2018 through January 31, 2018. AGREEMENT CITY OF KITTITAS COMMISSIONERS Approve an Agreement between the City of Kittitas and Kittitas County to provide library services to residents living outside the City limits, in the total amount of $8,000.00, from January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018. AGREEMENT CITY OF CLE ELUM COMMISSIONERS Approve an Agreement between the City of Cle Elum and Kittitas County to provide library services to residents living outside the City limits, in the total amount of $19,950.00, from January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018. AGREEMENT CITY OF ELLENSBURG COMMISSIONERS Approve an Agreement between the City of Ellensburg to provide library services for residents living outside the City limits, in the total amount of $100,000.00, from January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018. AGREEMENT ROBERT K. WEIDNER COMMISSIONERS Approve a Memorandum of Agreement between Robert K. Weidner, and Kittitas County, in the amount of $10,000.00, to serve as the Washington D.C. Government Relations Advisor to Kittitas County and the other Counties of the Evergreen Forest County Group from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018. RESOLUTION 2017-200 CONSERVATION DISTRICT PUBLIC WORKS Approve Resolution No. 2017-200, Authorizing an Interlocal Agreement with the Kittitas County Conservation District to Update the 2009 Kittitas County Wildfire Protection Plan. RESOLUTION 2017-201 MANASTASH CREEK BRIDGE PUBLIC WORKS Approve Resolution No. 2017-201, County Road Project No. 276-17, replacing the existing bridge over Manastash Creek #76131 at MP 10.60; construct slope stabilization, re-align, and install traffic delineation devices, in the total project cost of $3,062,450.00.
