12/19/2017 MINUTES 4 AGREEMENT WASHINGTON STATE UNIVERSITY EXTENSION Approve Appendix A of a Memorandum of Agreement between Washington State University Extension and Kittitas County, in the total amount of $23,032.00 to provide an extension program from January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018. AGREEMENT HOPESOURCE AUDITOR Approve a Subrecipient Agreement between Kittitas County and HopeSource, in the amount of $81,003.00 for the Community Development Block Grant Public Services Funds for low-and moderate-income persons in Kittitas County beginning July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018. RESOLUTION 2017-199 KITTCOM INTERLOCAL AUDITOR Approve Resolution No. 2017-199, Authorizing an Interlocal Agreement between Kittitas County for E911 Operations and a Data Sharing, Non- Disclosure and Use Agreement between the Washington State Military Department and Kittitas County. SET APPEAL HEARING THUNDER RIDGE PRELIMINARY PLAT CDS Approve Setting a Hearing to consider an Administrative Appeal of the Thunder Ridge Preliminary Plat filed by Attorney Jeff Slothower on behalf of Marcie and Chad Stevens, to be held on Tuesday January 16, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Auditorium, Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse 205 West 5th Avenue Ellensburg, WA and to authorize the Clerk to publish said notice. AGREEMENT HOPESOURCE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES COMMISSIONERS Approve an Agreement between Kittitas County and HopeSource, to provide transportation services in the Upper County for senior citizens, in the amount of $12,000.00, beginning January 1, 2018 through January 31, 2018. AGREEMENT PUTNAM CENTENNIAL CENTER COMMISSIONERS Approve an Agreement between Kittitas County and the Upper Kittitas County Senior Center (Putnam Centennial Center, to provide public services which will benefit senior citizens and others in the Upper County, in the amount of $19,900.00, from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018.
