Rental Car Arrangement: CWU has a current agreement with Enterprise Rent a Car. <br />CWU Aviation dispatching department could coordinate car rental services for transient <br />pilots. There could also be a call out service that CWU Aviation will provide after hours. <br />6. Pilot Supplies: CWU will stock and make available the pilot supply items including <br />charts, pilot training kits, headsets, bags, books and other required items for both the <br />students and seasoned pilot. Service fee will be charged. <br />7. Ground Power Unit: CWU will provide reliable aircraft ground power unit(s) for <br />transient pilots. Service fee will be charged. <br />8. Aircraft interior Detail Work: CWU will provide aircraft interior detail work. Service fee <br />will be charged. <br />9. Overnight Hangar Space: CWU will provide overnight hangar space for parking transient <br />aircraft (subject to space availability). Service fee will be charged. <br />Beyond the $ 20,000 lease credit, CWU proposes that these additional FBO services could <br />be negotiated for fee, as need arises: <br />1. Management of Notice to Airmen (NOTAM): This would include a formal list of <br />individuals submitted to FAA who will ensure NOTAM's for Bowers Field are issued in <br />a manner that meets FAA guidelines for the protection and safety of aircraft pilots. <br />NOTAM Support 24/7. <br />2. Airport Management/Coordination: Full or targeted additional services regarding <br />management of airport. CWU would be main contact to manage County resources <br />(electricians, county staff, contractors) on Airport maintenance (lighting, runway support, <br />snow removal, weed maintenance, etc). <br />3.
