Staff recommends a comprehensive review of KCC 19.04.130 during fiscal 2018. <br />Conditions are changing on the airport and FBO services are overdue for such a review. <br />FISCAL IMPACTS: <br />The County has historically paid $20,000 per year for FBO services.
