If the Board desires a reduction in cost, we will need to negotiate a reduction in project <br />scope. Pavement design could be eliminated but for the fact that the geotechnical <br />evaluation is geared toward defining bearing capacity with end deliverable of a pavement <br />section design meeting design aircraft standards. We currently have rehabilitation cost <br />options generated by Century West that are not likely to change significantly. We could <br />eliminate the remaining meetings including the presentation to the Board. <br />FISCAL IMPACTS: <br />The effort is not currently budgeted in the Airport Fund.
