<br /> <br />Public Works 1:30pm <br />Mark Cook and Kathy Jurgens presented the 2016 preliminary <br />departmental budget for the funds that Public Works oversees. <br /> <br />Airport <br />Discussion occurred with a Department of Commerce for solar <br />grant <br /> <br />Road <br />Discussion occurred regarding the Title II funds. <br /> <br />Flood <br />Mark Cook suggested the Water Bank be part o f the Flood Control. <br />Admin salary is 40% but is probably more around 60%. Discussion <br />was had regarding a Water Resource position. <br /> <br />The Public Facilities, Recreation, ERR, and HYAK RID budgets <br />were also reviewed. <br /> <br /> <br />Public Health 3:00pm <br />Robin Read and Kaitlyn Reddick presented the 2016 preliminary <br />departmental budget.
