Dept. of Public Works <br />Page 4 <br />L AND I COMPLAINT UPDATE. <br />Mark stated that staff was recently contacted by Labor and Industries pursuant to a complaint by <br />a citizen that the traffic control at the Taneum Bridge was non-compliant. Our Construction <br />Manager met with the Labor and Industries inspection on site for several hours. Staff pulled <br />information from the Risk Manager's office and submitted the necessary documentation. We <br />were noticed that no violation would be issued.
