BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2017 - <br />TO AUTHORIZE THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS TO AUTHORIZE A <br />NOTICE OF CALL FOR BIDS FOR THE UNIVERSITY WAY BRIDGE PROJECT <br />WHEREAS: The University Way bridge over the Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad <br />tracks is in need of repair; and <br />WHEREAS: Public Works has advanced the bridge repairs in conformance with Section <br />two of Resolution 2017-058; and <br />WHEREAS: The plans and specifications for the University Way Bridge are complete; and <br />WHEREAS.
