Paver installation in the courtyard <br />a. Cost for paver installation in the courtyard between Teanaway Hall and Umtanum Hall is <br />estimated at $13,000 (labor and materials). <br />2. LED Display Sign for University Way Tower <br />a. An LED sign, to replace our traditional lettered sign, will allow KVEC staff to quickly and <br />easily change the board for upcoming events and to better inform the public about <br />activities at the event center. <br />b. During inclement weather it is difficult to access and change the sign and grounds staff <br />are finding it challenging to find time to update the sign. An LED sign would allow indoor <br />staff to update it on a regular basis. <br />c. Cost ranges from $4,000-$10,000 depending on size and pixel clarity. An example is <br />attached. <br />3. Water bottle refill stations <br />a. KVEC was able to secure a $22,500 grant to purchase new sinks for the Grandstands <br />bathrooms and the #1 bathrooms. In addition, we repaired all asphalt problem areas on <br />the grounds and replaced plywood in the rodeo arena with the grant funds. <br />
